Lonzie Greene, affectionately known as Mr. Flip Your 401(k) has over 20 years collective experience in the retirement benefits and finance industries.

He currently serves as a retirement plan manager for a healthcare system. Throughout his career, Lonzie has been passionate about educating others on retirement planning, but it wasn’t until he discovered the power of life insurance as a wealth-building tool in 2022 that his perspective shifted.

Initially skeptical, Lonzie became a client first and quickly saw the real-world results—using insurance to invest in real estate, grow side income through car rentals, and pay down debt.

In his 20s and 30s, he leveraged his finance knowledge and connection with a mentor to borrow from his 401(k), ultimately building a multi-six-figure operation while working full-time. Inspired by his own successes, Lonzie has become an insurance agent and now combines his deep retirement expertise with his insurance experience as a financial services professional to help corporate employees become their own personal banks, secure lifelong income, and retire comfortably.
